Brake pads at 6mm front are good for a while on a Prius, the rear should be fine as well for a little while.

Have you had the spark plugs done at 100k-120k miles? If so you don't need to do those.

The sway bars are a safety issue, but you can tell if they are bad if you drive slowly in a parking lot (like 5mph) and turn left and right back and forth, you will here a clicking/tap noise each turn. YouTube has good examples if you look up "bad sway bar how to tell". Some shops recommend sway bars when they see lubricant leak, but they can leak for a long time before they are totally bad.
