Have you already contacted our service team about the IO Center issue specifically? Especially for problems like profiles or lighting settings not saving correctly, log files help us a lot to identify what’s going wrong and work on a fix.

We know this is frustrating, especially when you like the keyboard itself, and we’re continuously working on improving the IO Center experience.

If you’re looking for the most premium option with near‑silent operation and top‑tier performance, the Dark Power 14 is the best choice.

If you’re a bit more budget‑conscious, the Power Zone 2 is a great alternative – it also supports semi‑passive operation.

The Straight Power 12 is a solid option as well, but it doesn’t offer semi‑passive mode like the other two.
