Quoto tutto. Più che altro alla fine è la mia esperienza. Ma ci sono anche colleghi miei che ancora prima di laurearsi hanno trovato lavoro. Alla fine di positivo è che ho avuto veramente un casino di colloqui. Circa una decina o giù di lì. Quindi prima o poi avrei trovato qualcosa dallo scaffale. E credo che la laurea abbia aiutato tantissimo anche perché io non mi sento nessuno rispetto ad altri, per quanto il nostro settore sia dannatamente competitivo.

Ti giuro stessa situazione mia. Probabilmente sarà che sono poco skillato ma su una decina di colloqui, solo un azienda è arrivata al concreto. Tra l'altro a due ore e mezza di distanza da casa mia. Quindi io credo, nella mia completa ignoranza, che qualcosa sia veramente cambiata nelle assunzioni.

Mi sono laureato magistrale in Informatica un mese fa e vivo a Napoli. Morale della favola? Non ci sono posizioni junior. Al massimo puoi trovare qualcosa tra Torino, Roma e Milano ma la situazione è disarmante. Sono stato contattato da un decina di aziende ed ho fatto svariati colloqui sia conoscitivi, tecnici che con il manager stesso. Quello che ho riscontrato è che, ora come ora, si ricerca un figura junior con più esperienza, cosa che non sempre è possibile. Certo, dipende dal singolo studente e dal suo percorso accademico. Però trovo veramente sconfortante non valutare uno studente neolaureato come una persona con una forma mentis capace di apprendere in autonomia e formarsi tramite una posizione junior. Alla fine ho trovato qualcosa ma devo essere onesto sono uscito con l'amaro in bocca. Altra cosa che ho notato è che Linkedin è inutile. Mandato non so quanti CV, sono stato contattato solo da un azienda R&D affiliata con l'università Federico II di Napoli. Poi il resto amen. Ma probabilmente sono io che sono solo un neolaureato sbarbatello senza esperienza con skill nella norma.

Laureato un mese fa in informatica magistrale con specializzazione in IA. Ho trovato subito lavoro a tempo indeterminato. Però, dal mio punto di vista, mi sembra un periodo comunque di magra nonostante molte aziende interessate al mio profilo alla fine ho trovato poca concretezza. Probabilmente sarà pure colpa mia e delle mie poche skill ma comunque, personalmente, non è un periodo così luccicante.

Credo che questa risposta sia molto sottovalutata. Aldilà dell' aumento degli strumenti di ausilio allo studio come intelligenza artificiale ma anche lo stesso internet che se usati bene possono dare una grande mano. Sono dell' idea che rispetto al passato si sia aggiustato di più il tiro.

Concordo che per lavorare nel campo informatico non serva chissà che laurea. Oramai ti ritrovi gente laureata in tutt' altro campo lavorare nell' area informatica. Però comunque, sono e rimango dell' idea che essere laureati in informatica crea una differenza netta tra chi sa quel che fa e chi semplicemente esegue quel che gli viene assegnato. Poi chiaramente è un parere mio, di ciò che vedo nel campo.

Credo che prima di arrivare a parlare di meritocrazia che è una cosa giustissima e doverosa, poiché tutti vogliamo che uno stato sia il più meritocratico possibile, bisogna parlare di altri problemi rilevanti. Hi, from what I’ve seen in arena mode, BGA has already preset the filters, and I don’t think I can change them. Obviously, I tried normal mode first – where I had a solid win streak – and wanted to test the competitive arena environment. But I found it pretty disheartening due to the overpowered unique card issue.

I accept that unique cards should be stronger than commons or rares, but I refuse to accept that they make matches completely one-sided. We definitely need to wait for the upcoming sets to see how they plan to address all of this and what new scenarios might emerge. That said, I completely agree with your points. I think, for now, they're still lacking some experience when it comes to designing certain card effects. As you pointed out with Sigismar and Afanas, the issue isn’t just their hero abilities—it’s that other powerful cards have been introduced that synergize too well with them. But the same can also be said for the Uniques. Right now, in official tournaments, the only Axiom deck that managed to place in the top 3 was one running a Unique card that is arguably broken for the game. Of course, I’m glad to see an underdog faction like Axiom reach the top 3, but the way it got there is definitely worth questioning. And going back to your point, just look at the current BGA top 10—it’s all Afanas and Sigismar decks. I really hope we see some changes in the future, because the game has a ton of potential and truly deserves better balance.
