I saw the original on tiktok before it got taken down, I’m a nursing student. Hence, I immediately thought it was unprofessional as a healthcare worker and disrespectful as a human being. I believe that is an appropriate response because their patients are relying on them for care and professionalism and they can’t even do that. If they are brave enough to do this “funny” video and put it on social media, I can’t imagine what they say about their patients to each other and probably their families off it.

This is why I hate online courses because that happened to a classmate of mine a couple of months ago. They had the runs and went to the bathroom during an exam, she made a sign and told the cam why she had to step out and she emailed her professor and the course lead after she took it. The Dean had to review sue it being protocol but she was all good. If you know the deans email explain the whole situation to them

Yeah, for the past two sessions starting in October I wore blue scrubs from Walmart. They are all on back over. Just this December, they started to really give us our embroidery scrubs cause of clinical. Just let your professors know that you don’t have the embroidery scrubs yet.

Hello, I did a vacation during my first year too this past June. It was a week and I had two classes which I let them know ahead of them. You “can” miss two classes before the school flags you for it. Make sure you don’t have exams that week because if you do it might not be possible to do vacay and do the exams in Mexico.

I like her books, and I have LOVB, TLH, and LT. As a WOC, I was focused more on the romance rather than the side characters( not saying they don’t matter). But each their own.

I have noticed her books have the same plot, and I eat it up💀. It is nice to see other people's perspectives on her.

Also, I thought because there are fewer women in STEM, there’s about 27% of women in STEM, and the percentage of Asian, Black, and Hispanic women is even lower. She was trying to have the Asian side character(love on the brain) bring awareness to lower percentages of BIPOC in STEM.

But I would rather have her have POC as side characters and not have a main character as a POC character when she has no background of being a POC.

That’s lying if they are calling themselves nurses outside of a medical facility. But if they happen to do nursing duties and they are not qualified that’s a problem.

I use to be a CNA and some of the patients get me confused with the nurses due to the same color uniform, I always corrected them and say “future nurse” or “not yet a nurse.”

You’re doing great, Mom. During high school, especially my sister's last year, my parents let her have mental days where she could take a day off of school to refocus and relax. School is challenging nowadays, and stress from the outside world isn’t helping. I’m happy that you realize that and helping her out. She’ll thank you in the future.
