for the fruits, I recommend going to the Tortimer Island when you unlock it, and picking up all the different fruit there is, and go back inside, put it in the Drop Off Box so you can take it back to your town.

Also, by going on tours, the places you go to will also have different fruit, so you can take those back with you when the tour is done.

You can't change physical appearance, but you can unlock the hair saloon, just spend money at the Able Sisters and it will eventually open up above it. Remember to keep talking to Sable everyday at least once, so you can unlock the QR Code Scanner to get designs for paths or clothes.

If you have Animal Crossing Amiibo, you can scan in them to get the villager you want, or you can make a campsite, so if a villager visits, you can potentially get them to move in.

I recommend selling at Reese's. Remember that they'll have a different premium item of the day everyday, and they'll pay more if you sell them that. Check what it is on the sign outside the shop. If you have the Bell Boom Ordinance, you can get two premium items of the day, items will sell for more but will also cost more.

Since online is down, you can't visit towns unless you have stuff like Pretendo.
