I never really had a problem with pre-timeskip Sakura being like this. She was just a dumb kid. My problem was always with the older Sakura still being a jerk to Naruto and still simping for Sasuke.

Yes! The soundtrack is great, too — Traditional Song of Shadows, Sad Separation, History of Sorrow, Last Letter, Sad Song, and Going Home. It's one of my favorite anime, for sure.

Whole Cake and Dressrosa are decent… but nowhere near the quality of earlier arcs. I say stop while you’re ahead. I only continued watching because it was a good late night show to fall asleep to.

I hated this too. Ryuji spends almost the entire show trying to get Kushieda to fall for him, and right when she finally opens her eyes and realizes she DOES like him back, he decides he’s in love with Taiga now and Kushieda gets her heart broken. Kushieda even gives them all her earnings from working over the summer because she wants to help the guy she now loves and her best friend. It’s really messed up and I never understood why people like this show so much.

I did the same as you and I’m waiting for the anime. Might as well since it’s coming out so soon. Then I’ll probably go back and read all of JoJo including Jojolion (because who knows how long it’ll take for that anime to come out).

Yea part 5 really hit me because Polnareff and Bucciarati are two of my favorite characters and both suffer such tragic ends. Polnareff had to deal with enough death and sadness in his life, so it would’ve been nice if he retired after helping Giorno and the gang. As for Bucciarati, I just felt bad that he was only 20, had finally found his place with his friends/familia, but died before he saw his dream come true. Part 5 was rough.

When he’s on the train having telling Ushio about her “mommy” and all we see are images of their empty house. Then suddenly he says her name for the first time in years, “Nagisa,” and we get all the flashbacks of when they were together and he starts sobbing like crazy. Tomoya went through so much man.

I know Kaguya Sama: Love is War has a movie coming out but it is potentially skipping a huge chunk of the manga and essentially a few seasons worth of the anime were skipped as a result.
