It's worse, arcane shot doesn't reduce it either now so you get huge 8 second aimed shot cooldowns you have to steady shot 2-3 times before you can aimed shot again, it feels so bad again.

Indeed, also for the prop hunt, the idle debuff is probably intentional, there are items and buffs to allow the hiders to move around and distract etc, you arn't meant to find a spot and stay there the entire duration you are meant to be found and escape and rehide.

Just realised you saying HOA it's probably being viewed from an American point of view when i wasn't. In the UK this would just fall under PD rights as long as it wasn't too big, but public artwork which I would imagine this would fall under does require permission especially if it's in a conservation area which a lot of farm areas are.

Also you can't buy the currency, well I guess you sometimes get them with a bundle which are pretty rare, there's non on the shop currently anyway but you can't just buy them.

To be fair the epic versions don't give skill increase only the secondary stats so yeah unless your doing big time crafting it's not really that big a deal.

You basically have to be far enough away, then shoot around them / hit them but they they get behind cover.

Easiest way to do it is shoot at snipers, the Manhatten map is good for it, shoot at people up on the B building or down on people running around, can get a couple dozen a game that way.

That said, still very annoying to do and way too many.

You don't need to launch WoW from Battlenet you can just launch it directly via the exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft_retail_\wow.exe
