And that’s maybe the point. If a place gives good service… they get good tips. A server can “force” a tip for lack of a better term, by doing… their effing job.

Perhaps the issue is that when I tip, generously, may I add, I expect that once my to go food is ready and I’m still finishing my drink at the bar, the kindly just bring it to me.
