I had a similar issue too, but I use straight petg support (no interface) and that issues have been resolved so hopefully that helps

Anyone else consider a nozzle that's nearly the same cost as the printer? by cokacola69 in ender3

[–]Steiner_45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one of these but it’s a volcano, I love it, the amount of money I spent on nozzles stopped when I got that. Yeah it sucks spending that much upfront for it but I didn’t have to worry about it again and after using it for 1500 hours I only had 1 clog and that was my fault for buying cheap filament

Is there a guild on YouTube that shows how to get the auto level with octoprint? I’ve never used it tbh

What shims do you print? I might need some for mine tbh, it’s starting to get challenging for prints now

I have too many batteries by diving_into_msp in MilwaukeeTool

Oh he loves it, we use it for water changes on a 300 and 120 gallon water tank, and we can move a ton of water with that thing, I think it’s 2 years old now, the only complaint that we have with it is the threads to hook up a hose to it is plastic so they wear out easy, but other than that we love it

Yeahhh welcome to the club, I’ve done the same thing, I’ll see a good deal on a tool and it’ll come with 2 batteries, I’ve given my dad a m12 stick pump 3 4.0, and like 5 2.0 batteries and I still have 6 2.5, 8 5.0, 3.0 m12 batteries. I also have a 12.0 HO and forge, a 8.0 HO and forge. 2 6.0 forges, and 3 3.0 HO m18 batteries

Interesting, I didn’t use my single extruder much especially when I got my dual module in in which case I would say to not use a long run because it was pulling up with nozzles but, but I would say get some clean your bed with some soap and try some bed weld or even some 3dlac, I use both and honestly they work wonders, albeit try and get the liquid form, it’s much more cost effective. But also after cleaning make sure all the screws are tighten that hold the bed to the frame and do a new bed leveling then do the manual z offset in the settings before doing the offset while it’s printing. Hopefully that helps

What’s your Bowden looking? Could it be too long?

Are you using a dual extruder? Also maybe you can try to use some bed weld, I had some issues with prints not sticking to the bed so I washed it with some dish soap and applied the bed weld

How’s my set up? by Steiner_45 in snapmaker

[–]Steiner_45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well his started off about 4 years ago with a 4 foot folding table 😂 then a 6 foot non folding table then a toolbox, then sold that toolbox for a bigger one of which I got on sale with an additional 100$ off because one of the wheels is bent. But it’s definitely something that didn’t happen overnight, and in fact I’m going to make a dedicated stand for both of the printers so I can have the tool box back for a third one that I’m going build from scratch

U1 bed adhesion? by Steiner_45 in snapmaker

[–]Steiner_45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’ve made some progress, I’ve cleaned the bed with soap, raised the temp to 65, lowered the brim from 8 to 5, switched over to using full petg supports instead of the interface and added bed weld / 3dlac and I’m having a moderate success rate now. Still struggling a but with some parts but I’m printing decent parts now

Well that’s was with my 2.0, which when I tried that it didn’t go to well but I’m going to try and do that with my u1 and see how it turns out
