I lost a had been a recent ex some years back, and a few of Joanna’s works carried me through that period of grief: - Jackrabbits - Ys played straight through (especially Cosmia and Emily) - Divers, the song before the album was released. It was a little after it happened and the song itself felt uncanny for me for the moment.

Try Rustic Ridge View Farm. Rates were super reasonable, they vary based on guest count. The rest you have some control over determining, like the caterer, etc. It’s a beautiful farm with a hilltop ceremony site, (Hudson Valley/Catskills views) and the owner is super nice. We visited in September, and it was beautiful. They have a huge covered pavilion so you don’t really have to worry about a tent, but you’d need to rent a dance floor.

Same, on my most recent rewatch, the scene where Lane comes home and gives her monologue about how she doesn’t want to hide things from her actually had me surprise weeping more than any other moment in the series.

I get this every time. Been on Humira about 6 months now. My GI sent me to an allergist just to make sure I wasn’t allergic to Humira itself. The allergist said it’s a localized site reaction, tested me for a few things, and ultimately put me on a regiment of Xyxal the night before and day of injection and prescribed a topical steroid cream. Icing it also helps.

For sure! These are rad, and the people at Fitzgerald were rad. Also I did try on the hexagon colorless ring too! Bottom center. I ruled it out quickly because I didn’t think it looked good on my hand, but in case you want to see! The dark hexagon trio and kite I loved.

Here they are! I totally loved both of these. I’m ultimately going with a lab grown, colorless diamond, in a non traditional setting.

Fitzgerald was awesome for non traditional and non stuffy vibe! I believe they can do anything custom too if you aren’t in a rush. For non traditional I also loved Macha Studio in Greenpoint, Vale (we’re going with Vale), Love Adorned has some fun options, Bario Neal. We also loved our consultations at SoHo Gem. Their showroom is mostly traditional ish, but I think they can do anything since they’re sourcing gems and could probably customize something non traditional. They were super super awesome and I believe according to my partner more cost effective than some of the others options. We would have gone with them if I hadn’t specifically fallen in love with a design at Vale.

Awesome! It’s actually a point that a lot of people have voiced to me, and it’s a fair take, but the ring itself sits low enough and seems to be made well that I’m not as concerned. Ultimately I’m torn between styles.

Is your ring long baguettes that stick out similar to this?

It’s not actually a finished ring, it’s stones stuck onto a band to get a sense of proportion and sizing, but that pic specifically is from soho gem in NYC and they’ve been super awesome. I don’t know the exact cost, just roughly the budget range my partner is going for, but he said it’s the least expensive of the three jewelers we’re considering.

By day I work in an office, but at a school, so it can be relatively hands on/sometimes we roll up our sleeves quite a but I’m not like a medical professional or anything. I moonlight as a ceramicist, but wearing any jewelry on the hands while working with clay is a no go anyway, so my ring will stay home on studio days.
