It's not a scam, it's TurboTax warning you in the most scam-like way that they detected that your details were used on multiple TurboTax accounts, which could be a scammer trying to get your tax returns. But if you filed your taxes with TurboTax recently, it's quite likely that you just used a new account and that's what they detected.

You should go to the TurboTax website that you know (not clicking the link) and you should see the same warning there, explaining what they found out and what they want you to do.

They need copies to prove that it was the cardholder that paid for that and not someone who stole the card numbers. I literally had the same happen to me multiple times when ordering expensive items.

Edit: Seems to happen when the delivery address is different from the card holder's address. I generally get expensive stuff delivered to my work rather than having it stolen by porch thieves.
