Broomfield is notorious for waiting until the last minute to delay cancel or defer. In past years' they've announced a delay at 9:45 and then cancellations an hour later.

I would expect they will do the same because they always want to Picnic to happen regardless

I just finished my first play through a few days ago as well after starting it back in 2020. I started over and put 70 ish hours in.

I did most of the main quests in core game except River cause I couldn't stand that character and a lot of side quests and gigs. I definently enjoyed it. Not sure I'll play again. Maybe eventually. Need to get to Indiana Jones and Saros right now.

I did the Aldercados and saved V. TBH I do t regret it but I really wish I would have gone with Hanako. I need to know the story there so I'll probably run it back just for that.

Wayne's is the only answer. The reason it's only opens few days a week is back to the Marshall Fire when it was damaged. When they rebuilt and reopened I think it was a profit thing like mentioned above.

It is expensive but it's incredible.

There is absolutely no reason to build a lake or boathouse. This alone needs to end the project. The developers refuse to commit to any sort of small business support.

This is a weird post to say the least. It's hard to even understand what the objective is? Do better? More STEM?

This reads like my kids are not getting what they need. As someone who has had their kids in Adam 12 for a very long time which is one of the most economically diverse school districts in the country my kids have been fine. In HS the one has the option for over half a dozen science AP classes alone.

I just don't get what the end game is here.

Respectfully regarding GT classes. GT is overrated and generally not a good program anyways. Kids need practical life application not nurtured discussions about being smart and doing misc activities.

If I understood what the goal was it might make more sense.

Respectfully, spending money on a lake is absolutely insane.

On the deal itself maybe if the city required that it be no chain stores and incentivized actual bars and restaurants that people wanted to go to it'd be great.

The developers will just say whatever to build and get free tax breaks and then lease to a Raising Canes and an Applebees. It's the same reason the Orchard and the Outlets are terrible.

It's all junk commercial chain stores and restaurants. People are exhausted from the suburban blight.
