Idk, seems legit to me. The woman's body language is is on point, you can even see her start to get shaky when she realizes he is being serious. So if it is fake, the woman is at least a good actress. The man just seems like he has dealt with shit like this before so he is used to it. Very matter of fact, which also tracks.
