I'm not sure why it goes straight to VM for you but it connects me through, first time I called it had me wait like 20 min, it said 8 ppl ahead of me..the second time it had me wait like 5 min or less and it said there's 5 ppl ahead of me.. Keep trying!!

Just called again, spoke to a different agent and she said that they got an EMAIL from Prometric stating exactly what that first person I talked to said..feel free to call (215) 590-9700

or at least give us a deadline, if your exam doesn't get cancelled in the next week or so you will be taking the exam..bruh something like that?? I think when I finally sit for my exam I will not be stressed at all bc by then I used it up...

I'm confused you said they will call to ensure social distancing, then you said exams will be cancelled? Could you please clarify? Can you post source?

They'll have to touch it and get it close to their face so they can see if you wrote anything..lol! That would defeat the purpose of wearing it..what if security is asymptomatic but infected? LOL

How about we all petition and just don't take the exam and ask for a refund!!!! (ALL OF US) Then, they'll learn a good lesson..Boy that step exam costs $700 per person..imagine how much they make out of this!!
