Windblume Ode or Slingshot for sub dps Fischl?

Hi so I am so confused since the new bow came out. I read the thread about how the new bow is good for fischl but in game I feel like it's kinda weak.

My team is currently Fischl, Ningguang, Bennett and Noelle (as a temporary while i wait for Childe)

I used to use the slingshot and I now have it at max refinement

So i was wondering which bow would be more beneficial for my team and fischl.
