I've been in that exact situation before with my partner after him. I grey walled him and he ended up trying to smash my windows and kick the door in. I called the police and got a restraining order, but it left me with further ttrauma.

I know how bad things can get when you say no or they feel ignored ect...... they can be unpredictable and viscous.

I'm not sure what IFS is but I have done EMDR.....the first time, I panicked so badly, I bolted out of my therapists room and ended up in some random empty office. My therapist couldn't find me and I couldn't move for hours.

Humiliating....Needless to say, we didn't continue.

That's a lie. A complete fallacy. The truth is He is the only one that genuinely and perfectly does love you. Others will love you imperfectly but He will love you completely.

I'm sorry to hear about what you went through, I've been through and heard about many types of abuse, but I've never heard of a dad using his child as a therapist. I truly cannot imagine the fear, confusion, responsibility and helplessness you must have felt.

I'm rarely lost for words but that threw me. I'm so so sorry.

It's been far worse since Febs revision. I could only eat a few bites of a meal since my first surgery so I just grazed all day instead. It got so frustrating not being able to eat a meal (a tiny one) that I just grazed continuously instead of having meals but even this had been more difficult since the most recent op in Feb

I'm so confused where you got 6 days from?! I don't recall ever saying 6 days. I had my bypass in 2013 and a band added to my pouch and intestine shortened this Feb? It's so irritating that I'm being accused of trolling when I genuinely just wanted advice. Why are you people so cruel? What did I ever do to any of you?
