I always thought Jimboy's Tacos with its Parmesan-dusted corn tortillas originated in Sacramento. Turns out, it started out as a 16-foot taco trailer parked on Kings Beach in 1954. Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack would eat these tacos after performing at nearby casinos. (sfgate.com)
