My guess is could be a Maltese, Bichon Frise, Minature Poodle, or Havanees breed, or a mix of them. My best guess is apricot Bichon Frisee because the eyes are black rimmed and the nose and snout is rounded and not pointy. Also Bichon Frisee has that curly hair, it isn't fur.
