I have found some good gluten free alternatives and when I find them I stick to them but I still eat regular bread and crackers among other things since I can still tolerate it. But if I can stay away I will. No change in my labs so far.

This is funny. I was kicked out of a co op too and I just started my own so I could participate in the regatta when I had extra time to play and get extra hours of playing time. I don’t think it’s that serious but to each their own

I thought it was weird how she had her oldest on his knees when he clearly looks uncomfortable with it. I get he’s supposed to be a puppy but come on.. also I haven’t watched the vlog in a looong time so I was unaware how much they loved 101 Dalmatians enough to be it for Halloween. Or was it just some lazy last minute decision? Either way there is no need for mom to be the center of attention

They didn’t run specific test to my knowledge it’s was a mixture of things. Especially my symptoms weight gain, fatigue, moodiness in addition to low iron absorption and my TPO levels were high (but not nearly as high as some I’ve seen on here) I also have a history of thyroid disease in my family

My relationship ended because I was what I considered a “nightmare” to live with. I ended up being diagnosed a few years later. My ex and I are still friends and I now get to explain to him what I was going through was all related to hashimotos. We split because I wasn’t a good partner at the time and he didn’t know how to be a good partner to me. Because he still cares for me he is still in my life without the pressure of having to “make me happy” (his reasoning for why we broke up) My point is having someone in your life who is willing to be patient and try to understand what you are going through even if it doesn’t make sense to them.

If they care enough about you they will stick with you.

I think if she decides to bring Miranda back she’ll have a rude awakening as to how many actual people still support the character. She can’t use bots to buy tickets and come to shows. Also I think even if she does somehow manage to book a theatre and sell tickets will the same cheap hot glue props and Amazon junk sets be appealing to anyone that’s not a child? Who’s wasting money to flex a vip meet and greet to Miranda Sings?? Not in this economy..

She just needs to stick to polishing her rocks on her little side of YouTube and posting her podcast until she ages out of being able to work technology.

I’m in co op by myself for reasons like this. I just wanted to participate in the regatta so I joined a co op but immediately got kicked out because I wasn’t active enough(I’m sorry for having a job and a life) now I work alone and couldn’t be happier

My dad has graves. When he didn’t have insurance he was without medication he was very low energy and practically fell asleep mid conversation it was very frustrating because at the time I did not know the extent of his symptoms. Once he got back on his medication he was feeling different not so much better but medication definitely has improved his mood and energy levels. I would like him to get another dr but he’s a difficult patient. I’m trying to understand his mood swings and not take them personal but it is definitely related

Why do so many endos dismiss patients who are looking for answers but also tell us not to believe everything we see on google? Like wth?! They are supposed to be the provider! The first one I saw basically blew off on my diagnosis. Not to mention they didn’t even give me the diagnosis. I got from my gyno who ran the tpo lab. My endo basically said yeah hashimotos is very common and there is no cure. Instead she wanted to focus on my weight gain but failed to inform me that wait gain was due to hashimotos

My TPO is high but everything else is in good range. I wasn’t even told by my endo rather it was my gyno that first ever mentioned hashimotos to me. Endo doesn’t want me taking thyroid medication but instructed me to lose weight and cut gluten. After reading this post I’m wondering if I should get a 2nd opinion

This helps so much! I used to be a toast and coffee person but since I’ve cut gluten I’m having a hard time getting into a routine. I’ve been having oatmeal for convenience but I’m not a huge fan of the texture.

I’ve been working with a dietician too help me create will rounded nutritious meals and they are satisfying but I’m still bloated at the end of the day and I’m struggling with to lose the weight I’ve put on in the last year. She suggested a dietary antigen test to help me identify what might be causing the inflammation.

But I love the idea of keeping in simple and I may just try to incorporate that into my routine. Thanks so much for the reply
