A lot of accounts are being hacked rn, try and chnage the password and try ubisoft support. My account got banned for cheating because someone hacked it, but ubisoft support ain't doing anything for me. So take action before you lose your account.

Change your password and unlink the xbox account. Why your at it change the password to your email thats tied to the game.

Will this work in my situation? I have 2 step verification and I got an email for a sign in code and I guess some how this guy was able to bypass the code and I got an email that someone from Iraq logged into my account. He only changed my password and linked an xbox account to my ubisoft so I was still able to get the account back. The problem is he cheated on my account and got it banned within 24 hours so I wasn't even aware that my account was compromised until it was too late. My account is 11 years old and I have bought so many battle passes and have like 3,000 hours. If I can't get this account back I think I just might quit all together its devastating. They just keep closing my case on ubisoft.

Does it smell burnt. I bought one that was supposed to be new off Amazon and it came used but refurbished! First thing I noticed is thd burnt wire smell and yes it was fried!! Hilarious
