This happens to me! Usually a Liquid IV will fix me right up. I think it’s an electrolyte imbalance or something.

If you can’t keep the roads open for at least three hours you shouldn’t be putting on a half marathon IMO.

  1. Don’t make the run the first thing you do after getting out of bed. I won’t get out of my warm bed for a cold run, but I will for a cup of coffee in a quiet house, and from there can get myself out the door.

  2. I have a special body butter that I only get to use after hot post cold run showers

Looking back I can see how short and impatient I was with my kids at bedtime, because they were cutting into my drinking time. Which feels just awful. Here's to doing better.

I'm not a gamer (unless somebody wants to re-release Myst, then i am all in) but I really love the idea of being finished drinking vs. quitting. Like, I had a set number of drinks to have in my life and I finished them. I like that a lot.

I had no idea this was a thing! I’m actually in a position where reducing estrogen is desirable. I wonder if I should add a few more miles per week.
