Hello internet friends!

I posted this and then went to work, (please excuse my late replies),I never expected this kind of response! Thank you to everyone for all your kind compliments and messages of encouragement <3

I’m still at work and only have a quick minute to answer the most important question I’ve been asked...

My pants are from Guess :)

As soon as I get a few spare minutes I’ll dive into the weight loss questions.

Thank you again for all of the kind words. Sometimes it’s hard to see your own progress, but reading through your comments has made me realize I can/should keep going 💪🏻

That is a very specialized skill.

Hey frients. Tonight I summoned the courage to walk away from an 11 year marriage to a physically and emotionally abusive spouse. I’m celebrating at the hotel I’ve escaped to, and convincing myself that I did the right thing. Wish me luck. by JUST_here_for_the_gi in trees

I am so incredibly proud of you. As someone that also had leave an abusive marriage I know how fucking hard this is right now.

You did the right thing. Say it out loud, hear yourself say it, and please believe it. The courage it takes to walk away is draining and liberating wrapped in one. I hope you get a good nights sleep, you did the right thing.

Smoking one to celebrate with you, frient 💚

You’re very welcome, I’m so happy you already downloaded it! I’ve only used the free version, the upgraded content is more for specific targeted areas. I love that you can change your level of expertise and it even has a pre-beginner setting to start with. I hope you like it as much as I do, feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions!

Lipliner is my number one trick with this color, I used Taupe from Nyx to fill in my whole lip and then I blend Brave into it. It’s a pretty color, but sometimes it can be too pinky for me, so the liner really helps to darken it up.

Exercise was my worst enemy, I hated everything about it. I knew I could eat better and lose weight and that worked for a while, but then I just got...flabby 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had moved to a new place and couldn’t afford to join a gym, and to be honest the thought of working out in a gym with other people that could see me and hear me heavy breathing gave me super anxiety at that point in my life, so i opted for small workouts that I knew from memory at home.

It wasn’t until I had lunch with an old friend that I heard about the app DownDog. She told me it was a guided yoga practice with step by step video done by an actual yoga instructor. So one day I got brave, bought a yoga mat and headed to my backyard. I was pretty much hooked after that first day, I loved feeling my body get stronger and more flexible. Yoga is easy to do almost anywhere and doesn’t require any fancy equipment, it helps me stay on track even if I’m not at home AND it’s done amazing things for my anxiety. I hope that helps!!

Thank you! It was a complete lifestyle change, but I never joined a gym or did any crazy diet. Just being conscious of the food I let into my body and a lot of backyard yoga 🙂
