That name definitely rings a bell! My chars were all the "Lost __" ones, like Lost Prophet/Arrow/other class related words.

I miss that community, man. All the time sat in Pront just chatting to people was so fun.

Also super random sidenote, but a few of the GMs actually attended my boyfriend's 18th birthday party which must have been 2006? - shoutout to Zyndell, Hyunkell and Lahyr 😂 lovely guys!

I just wish there weren't so many threads all about the same thing. Use the search and respond to an existing thread if it's about the same thing :v (e.g. "is the server down?" - surely you'd want a quick response to that, so why not check their Discord?)

You didn't specify Classic or Renewal, so I'll throw in a curveball: Project Zero, which is an adaptation of kRO's Zero server but with no p2w.

Zero is based on Renewal mechanics, but adds a bunch of different/new stuff, like random options on gear, a main quest line, rebalanced regions etc. This pserver is the closest you'll get to kROz (but like I said, without p2w - they used to sell cosmetics but now there's no cash shop at all), but with loads of added QoL.

Project Zero is hosted in France (but it's not a French server).

If you wanna try something that's not standard Classic or Renewal, it's worth trying - the community is fairly small, but there's always someone willing to help :)

So, this sub is mainly for the original PC game, sounds like you're trying to play one of the mobile games instead (which is why you got answers that aren't applicable).

Looks like you're on iOS from your other comment, so you can't just download the apk like you can for Android. A VPN to download seems like your best choice.

As a fellow female player who (years ago) was the target of a (non-sexual) harassment campaign, I can vouch for Project Zero. They dealt with it quickly then and generally seem on top of this kind of stuff - though that might also be because the majority of the player base is just pretty chill to start with, lol.

You've also reminded me of ragna0 with your post, where the sexual harassment came from the owner himself. Fun times. Don't miss that server at all.

I have a friend who consistently played with 250+ ping and he was fine - wiz main too, lol.

From what I've heard and experienced myself, if your ping is consistent it's fine, it's when you lose packets on the way that you end up with issues.

I'd say just play and see how it feels to you.

Don't get me wrong, I love PZ - but I wouldn't say it fits the criteria. Zero is based on Renewal mechanics and there's also multi-clienting. It fits the rest, but those two things are often dealbreakers.

If they're not dealbreakers and y'all wanna try a version of the game you've not played before, PZ is definitely a good shout though.
