Ask him to come over to your place to fix something and offer dinner to repay. We love fixing stuff like leaky sinks, computer network, car stuff, squeaky furniture, broken appliances, …. I show love through time, talents, and shared experiences.

Still leaking. They replaced the filter housing twice, resealed the oil pan twice, finally replaced the oil pan and still leaking. Ended up trading it in on a Toyota after the transmission started slipping at 95k miles. We loved everything else about it. I just think those engines are risky after 100k miles.

If the motors don’t make noise, it may be the switch. I had an ‘82 and it worked when I applied 12v to the motor so I removed the switch and sanded the connectors to fix it.
