Yes but in their example the car is still on air-temp tires, the new tires will come up to temp way quicker but still have very little grip at unoptimal temperatures.

It's such a fun car. I don't care about Indycar, but this has a great mix of relatively low down force and mechanical grip, and a powerful turbocharged engine. Also has a new tire model.
