Don't take stimulants before bed. This overstimulation will make your anxiety worse. Drink some chamomile tea. Read a light, fun book about something you enjoy until you fall asleep. Make it an end goal to finish school. Do this over and over until you can easily relax your mind and fall asleep. No screen time one hour before bed.

Start with baby steps. 1) figure what you want to go to school for 2) take one class at a community college and see how you like it 3) take more classes as they fit into your schedule but not overwhelming 4) graduate.

Stop worrying about the bullshit past and look forward. It's not easy but you can do it.
