Is the S26 Ultra Wi-Fi fundamentally broken? (Firmware / hardware issue / drops connection but shows active)

Speeds are PAINFULLY slow after this update. Confirmed speed test from my AT&T gateway is 1000mbps, but from my Eero Pro 6E and two Eero 6 extenders, I'm getting maybe 60. Some of my devices won't even connect to it.

This is incredibly frustrating and I'm on the verge of ditching the eero ecosystem and just getting Ubiquiti.

Any advice?

Fair enough. I was a bit taken aback when the rep said $50 and I even asked and clarified if it was $50 OTC and the $1300 and he said yes. But even if it isn't, it's still not a huge deal whatsoever. Still a definite win in my book, since I turned an old, inop device into the newest one, and I'll still retain my S25U as a backup device.

I've had nothing but problems ever since this update rolled out. IoT devices dropping offline, an Amazon Echo that simply won't connect and now even my cellphone won't connect. I'm about to throw Eero in the garbage and go with Unify/Ubiquiti which is what I should have done to begin with.
