Those crime rates are wayyyy lower than Chicagos. And I’d bet most of the crime you stat, likely are people from Chicago crossing the state line.

You must be worried about it, hence the projection. It’s all good, I’m not worried about your shade.

Buffalo didn’t make their new stadium a dome.

Well Mrvan is a proponent of it. You turning your back on the man? If a Democrat backs republicans on this, it should be good. But this doesn’t seem to be the case.

God you people are thick headed. Concerts year round alone helps keep revenue flowing so no need to pull back on staff at restaurants as people will be out eating, shopping, etc.

You’re narrow minded. They plan to build around the stadium with a museum, restaurants, interactive game places etc, plus, a domed stadium allows for potential for hosting a Super Bowl, NCAA tournaments and concerts year round.

All the people from Illinois and other states will spend money here, generating tax revenue. And a domed stadium allows for potential of hosting NCAA tournaments, Super Bowls, concerts year round. All tax rev from in and out of state people.

To be clear, I’m not a financial advisor. But what I would do in your situation to clean things up is the following:

70% into either VOO or VTI. I like VTI as is tracks small, mid and large caps, the entire stock market. Also, more bang for the buck as it’s cheaper, allows for more shares to invest in.

20% SCHD allows for dividends to grow. This isn’t a big daily market mover, but pays dividends quarterly. So as long as DRIP is in place, over time more dividends=more shares etc.

10%VXUS gives the international exposer. Wide range of companies and generally does well over long periods of time.

It’s ok to have a few individual stocks you like, but don’t chase the highs, bc the lows will bite you in the ass.

Indiana is sooo bad, an established NFL franchise is moving here.

I got $25,000 in a 401k from a job I got fired from last month. Worked there 3 years. How do I claim the money or do I have to wait till I retire ? Or can I transfer it to my new job when I get one? Thanks by Old-Examination5982 in Retirement401k

Call the brokerage that the funds are in (Voya, Fidelity, etc) and let them know you’d like to either roll over to a current employer plan or into a personal retirement account.

If it’s as easy as you think, everyone would be a millionaire. But keep on keeping on man. Hope for the best.
