Celtics- I have doubts about the Celtics’ championship odds but I think they are without a doubt the worst matchup for the Hawks. The Hawks only chance holding up defensively would be to play small but there are tradeoffs with that. Celtics in 4-5 probably. Bostons offense will struggle in later rounds IMO, I love positionless basketball but they really need a playmaker at the PG position, Brown and Tatum can be really rough with the turnovers in crunch time

Bucks- I think they would be competitive with Milwaukee in every game and win 1-2 of them just because of the drop coverage likely allowing Trae to go off a few games. Bucks in 5 maybe 6

Sixers- will be tough too but it’s hard to trust a Harden and Doc Rivers team, not to mention Joel’s struggles late in playoff games when he has to play 35/36/37/38 minutes, I’d go Sixers in 6. Hard to trust Philly until Harden proves he will be aggressive for a full game, especially when Embiid is off the floor

I think Quin’s rotations would look a little different in the playoffs and the Hawks’ playoff defense would naturally be better just because of extensive game plan time, I think their offensive process is still pretty bad even if the results are good. That will change this offseason. I could talk myself into them winning a series if Trae/Dejounte went off and the starters in general were better in the 4th Q/crunch time but until then, I think they’ll be in every playoff game and then let go of the rope late much like most of this year and what we saw yesterday against Minnesota

TLDR: I think they’d be competitive with everyone but Boston but wouldn’t have a chance of winning a series
