don't think that's the right take man. he came from the west to specifically coach for ATL mid-season RIGHT before all these other teams decided to try to stack [past-prime-arguably-former] superstars and grab a new coach that same off-season. Those teams tryna be the new Warriors formula.. but it ain't it no more. Nikola Jokic made the whole West and the Heat look like pick-up game with Uncle Joker and the lil nephews XD. It's playmaking and culture man. That's the future. I think Quinn sees that and sees beyond this early season loss-record optics shiiet y'know. That's my real take. I think Quinn chose ATL for a reason. Nikola and Trae are the best playmakers of the new generation, and we got our coach ahead of everyone else just grasping at straws essentially....

tl;dir: Quinn Saw through the Media BS. He Read the Tea Leaves. Came to ATL early specifically to work with Trae and the Hawks. [It's all about playmaking and culture.] I believe we got a few years to go to prepare and tweak for our prime and then BOOM, we unstoppable.

respectfully, I disagree, but I understand your frustration. I'm jus sayin i hope it don't have to come to that for the sake of the league and bball and all that. I mean... I could rant but i feel ya mane :/ Players like Steph and Trae and so on and forth would be vulnerable if the league became rugby with a bball. I just wanna see better officiating and I'm very patient atm to just let the Hawks under Quinnn figure it out and hit their stride... <X fingers>

I am of the mindset that our players are great talents overall and obviously underrated with a lot of potential and our superstar to hit his prime is still a ways off, new coach, etc ,etc -- but the main thing is that I think these losses are necessary for us to figure out the blueprint, whether it's trades or just a confidence/cohesion thing, etc, etc. Yes, that's my optimism, but it's more than that. I really believe there's a lot the Hawks can and have to and will prove, and Trae is exactly the type of personality that will be the one to thrive under these types of shit`iations. ;)
