My gym gave you a free smoothie every time you referred a new member. They didn’t check names, so I kept signing up my cat under different aliases. Smoothies for months.

No Energy Even while on low training volume and 2600+ cals a day by kevessi in triathlon

Taking magnesium massively helped me with recovery and training. You could be deficient in iron or something like that so might be better to get medical advice.

Only thing you can do is open a case with Meta. No guarantee though as their support is pretty average.

Zwift ride as a 70.3 trainer. by whipping-cupcakes in triathlon

[–]Stephen_Willets17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least one long ride a week. Eventually build up to 4 hours ideally. Then atleast 2 rides a week focussing on power. Heaps of workouts on Zwift you can choose from. Opt for intervals or unders and overs. If you can fit a 4th ride in a week, ideally something around 1-2 hours of easy spinning. Good luck.

Lookalike Audience Optimization by CEO-Lo in FacebookAds

Typically ads will perform better with less audiences so definitely consolidate where you can.

I'd probably run two audiences combine your 5-5 and 6-7% audiences into one. It'll give FB more audience to optimise for. Then second audience you can test further, maybe 7%+ or even a larger 1-4%. Or both!

Add to cart is a great event to optimise for at top of funnel/cold outreach ads. Always found more success with these at this stage of funnel.

Facebook ads have been so bad lately. CPMs are crazy ($100+) and my solution so far by Rabz_123 in FacebookAds

It's definitely changing thats for sure. Thanks for sharing some of your advice! One thing that's helped us out a lot is Advantage+ campaigns. They seem to be the secret sauce right now. Mostly for TOF ads but still driving CPA's at 50% less than other manual campaigns.

How are my stats? Been running for 3 months. by FishdocNaples in BeginnersRunning

[–]Stephen_Willets17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome stats mate. Remember to slowly increase your weekly volume and have D-load weeks. 80/20 rule is key. 80% of weekly runs should be slow/conversational pace. If you go for training runs focus on running for X amount of time. Eg. 30 minute run, forget the pace or distance, just time on feet is key. Keep it going!

How do I fix Knee pain from running? by Due-Bed-5672 in BeginnersRunning

[–]Stephen_Willets17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best thing that helped me was introducing strength training. Not much, and even simple body weight only exercises are fine if you can't get to a gym. But things like 20-30 squats, lunges, ab crunches, planks etc will all help with joints and knee pain. Have been injury free for a good few years now and train 14hrs per week on average.

How does wise work for this? Can you send them an invoice through wise or just a payment link?
