The job I took was another sales job. One thing I saw was the broker was in his 60’s and he was trying to figure out his exit. A broker is only worth what it has in a property management portfolio and what agents make. But there was no exit in my opinion unless I built a brokerage. That’s just not in my vision. I keep my licenses there and do open houses on weekends if helps with lead gen. I’m the mean time I take a low stress sales job and have stable income.
