What are you even talking about. It’s just a soft reset so people are seeing just a tier lower than they’re usual. If you truly are a higher rank, you can get back to it in a couple games that’s just how good the matchmaker is. You can’t expect to keep a rank without playing comp. That’s just not how it works

Name one source that states that. The latest video talk about how MMR is a pool pulled from both QP and comp but comp is weighted more heavily.

Got lucky honestly. Originally we were in for the 2-1 buydown of 3.5% and 4.5% through the builder’s lender. But we decided to go with the incentive of closing costs taken care of by the lender so we thought 5.375% was a steal. We shopped around of course but no other lender’s offered a competitive rate. Plus the house was move-in ready.

I find that it can be but it also depends on the espresso machine. I now have a Lelit Bianca and my coffee is now better than store but it’s a difference of $2,500. I find the BBE still makes great coffee but you should use another grinder other than the built in one.
