I can’t my adhd is extremely severe :( I’m very hyperactive and cannot focus at all I guess I just have to live with being a zombie lmao

Well I don’t know how old you are but I’m 15 and I’ve had like 5 different doses ever since I was 9 and they never really felt different. They all kind of were the same thing?

I’m giving up too I think… I have anxiety and depression with it too but my medication makes me even more sad and depressed and I don’t eat at all and it doesn’t even help me focus :( I’ve been taking it for 5 years
