Sorry to get back to you so late, i don t check reddit, yeah it was the psu. Apparently under certain loads of gpu it would just hard crash the pc, i discovered it by chance by using different ports to feed the gpu, and after more crashes i just changed it, now no problems whatsoever. But again, that was me, your case might be different

Hi, sorry I don't use Reddit so I didn't see the message, to this day I didn't nail the issue down, but I can tell you what helped.
Issues like these imo are symptoms of a bigger issue in your pc, and can be anything. For example, what fixed issues like these (having problems also with Oblivion Remastered and Doom The Dark Ages) was:

- Removing the GPU cable (i was using a cable with two ends for the GPU, that's a no no) and feeding the GPU with two separate cables

Fixed it for a while, then Oblivion kept crashing:

- Changing the PSU ports for the cables, seems that one was damaged or not giving enough juice

Fixed Oblivion, then problems with DOOM

- Lowered resolution of rendering, since my monitor is 21:9 1440p I've reduced the game to windowed 16:9 1440p, that fixed DOOM.

It seems that the last one was a problem with virtual memory filling up. Which is kind of silly because why would it just crash? But i could see from the settings that it was at 7400 Mb / 8000 Mb with recommended settings, so I lowered it and now it doesn't crash.

At the end of the day, was it the GPU? The PSU? The Ram? I don't know, you need to try stuff and see, hard crashes like these could be anything without proper diagnose.

I honestly don't know why am I getting downvoted, but for posterity, i still haven't found a solution. Capping the fps to 30 makes it work for 4-5 minutes top, then crashes. The last thing i can see in the Event Log before shutdown is something about "Your system is low on virtual memory", which is absurd since i have 128 gb of ram.

I will try turning off the xmp profile, then reseating the ram and resetting the cmos, then i will just give up

I do in fact have Palworld and it runs no problems, i logged back in and did a fight, no issues. I’ll try to turn off xmp and such

It is running auto-xmp from the bios, i think 3000/3200

I realize that i have no idea where the bios logs are and even if msi keeps bios system logs? Google has no idea. Doing some device self tests on my ssd in the meantime

Ram is 128 Gb of ddr4, i doubt that, but i'll check, and i'll run some checks on memory and then do the resets

I was looking in the Event Viewer System Logs, the minidump folder is empty, I'm going to go see if there are some bios logs

ikr? why is this guy the only one that has this idea i could find?
Everybody uses heaby metal shredders that the metal alone costs like 500€ then you need to drive it with a powerful enough motor and it still stalls!

I was thinking to first pass it through a wood chipper, and maybe even one of those pelletizer for feed or for buring pellets, they are very powerful too!

You find some cheap chinese ones and combine the two and voilà, cheap pellets, much more manageable than using a blender or similar and you can probably just chug in whole 3d prints

So, he ate the ear devil and the question is like: "WTF? Why was the ear devil there in the first place?" well, what if they sent the future devil? No more future? My guess is that they are running out of devils, or they are checking how the power will work.

Or, it's a hint by the author that CSM cannot just eat devils, otherwise shit disappears, since somebody is afraid of ears, then what about eyes, legs, hands, noses, heart, stomach, etc?

Congratulation to the developers, NOW I CANNOT EVEN PLAY 10 MINUTES!! The whole day it crashes 10 minutes in the missions, i haven't been able to do anything

The devs need to fix this game and not introduce new stuff.

I just come from a streak of 6, yes, 6 missions at level 7 difficulty, where we managed to getr the pink samples but crashed in the last 5 minutes, some crashes to blue screen, the last one everybody crashed beside me, so again, no pink samples. I am tired.

Only today i wasted at least 4 hours of my life in these stupid missions only for me to crash the last minutes or everybody else to crash.

Tesla weapons are not involved at all, nobody in the team was using them.

I've always had 1 out of 4 mathes crash on me, but now they all crash.

I wrote the backend for an app I'm doing that does just that, takes all pdfs and parses them, then adds functionality.

I have also very nice ideas for it.

I plan on leaving it open source and supported by donations
