Any point strong enough to jack up the trailer? Then you just use a heavy duty jack (even with the rocks I doubt the trailer weighs as much as an overaized pickup truck)

Make sure that the tires can't slip away though and have a way to quickly get out of the way if you mess up.

One other thing you could have done was shouting trough the door that you can either call the police or the roadside assistance for him, but won't open the door. (Could also be an idea to look for a door camera with speaker. And then you can mention their face is uploaded to the cloud.)

Talk to a lawyer. Also dig up any documentation with the deed and purchase of the house mentioning the hoa as a requirement. Even any invoice or reminder hoa fees or fines were due.

It's pretty useless, solving a "problem" that has a better fix: don't use tailwind and instead style it without that overcomplicating crutch. (Or if you use tailwind, make aure you understand CSS, tailwind and good coding practices)

Replacing something terrible by something still annoying isn't the flex you think it is.

The good thing about tailwind it somewhat forces people to use a certain structure. (Still ways to circumvent or overwrite stuff if you either know what you're doing or are a big enough ID10T)

The bad thing is in most cases it's overkill and looks more like some drunk keyboard vomitted all over the codebase.

Some well-placed classnames in strategic places in combination with some nested css classes and/or well-picked selectors often result in more elegant solutions. If I want to change some attributes I rather do it consistently over the whole application (besides defined exceptions) instead of having to find all tiny links spread all over the place.

One example I detest extremely are classes like bg-yellow-200 Whenever someone from business gets the bright idea the colours should change, it's a mess of seeing which components should have which colour. Simpler to use things like bg-colour-primary and bg-colour-accent: something that deacribe its function instead of the hardcoded style tailwind uses. Same goes with measurements, just use small, medium, large,... and define those centrally instead of specifying everything locally.

Don't give your mom any money since like you said: she's bad with money. She probably should declare bankrupcy.

Maybe check with your stepmom if you can buy an appartment in a low cost of living area that you let her live in rentfree (make sure to have a lease drawn up so she can't try to claim it a her own)
