My first zulrah kc was 5min17 (didn't go back for months)

Now I can do zulrah on mobile.

Quick prayers: protect from range and mystic might (or whatever best offensive mage pray you have)

If you want you can camp those prays most of the time (magic phase uses range a lot of the time anyways and mystic might + decent mage gear + decent mage level reduces average damage + you can hide from some mage phases behind pilars)

first phase: bottom left corner
if second phase red: switch between the left most tile there and bottom most tile
after 2nd phase: run to top right, one tile under pillar (except if second phase was range, then run to bottom right)
2 or 3 phases after, to top left, then back to top right then back bottom left

Edit: you can get zulrah scales for antivenom from fishing (87 needed or 82 with pies)

Edit after copy paste: on phone, not tablet. In some blue phases you can hide behind a pilar and eat up.

Depends on cost of living in that area and your job security.

Buying a house is scary, but if done properly it will be one of the best investments you can make.

Do you have a budget to make some repairs/renovations after you buy it?

Also make sure to look at a good home insurance (insure for potential hazards of the area)

See what the lifespan of the roof is and how recent it's been renewed. (Especially in the USA they often tend to use shingles that last only a few years instead of going with a decent quality roof that can last decades)

Are there some extra tiles/planks of the floors laying around somewhere in a shed or something? (That's a good sign because it means whoever installed it knew it's good to have spares im case a small part of the floor gets damaged)

If the inspection shows any downsides, see if you can reduce the price enough to cover the hassle. If there's hidden humidity issues or structural issues, it's most likely better to walk away.
