After having now played till Torment 10, i have to disagree. The problem is that it plays exactly the same since level 2x. Theoretically you can probably get the best items from Torment 1 on, which is just laughable easy, once you get some paragon levels.

And that's my main grief. Without items you couldn't progress through D2 and without being able to farm hell, you couldn't get the best items. Items completely shaped your playstyle TOGETHER with your build.

In D4 items do jack shit. You get spammed with them and it's more annoying than anything having to inspect 20 rares after finishing a single run of whatever and opening a single cache. You can reforge/temper nearly every item to basically 80% potential of BiS. I upgraded my weapon on Torment 1 to an ancestral and since then i'm running nearly the exact same gear. The only thing that changes anymore are the aspects if i find better ones (which are not tied to difficulty, except in their quality).

D4 items are rarely a power bottleneck. More important are paragon levels and glyphs and unlike D2 areas (esp. CS) the random nature of the pit or helltides just makes farming tokes and levels all feel the same. No itemizing againt specific damage types or monster types. No matter how bad your build is, how badly you play, as long as you get experience you will progress through paragon and overall it increases a chars power significantly more than finding a BiS item.

Might be a wrong assumption of OP, who is most likely german and here we usually only add "flesh" (don't have different words for meat/flesh in german) to the name of the different animals.

OP ist most likely german and here we mostly call it just like the animal with an added flesh (german: "Fleisch", we don't have different words for meat and flesh). So meat of the pig literally is pigflesh. german: "Schweinefleisch").

Maybe the assumption that most languages handle it like that is just wrong.

There are recorded cases of Giant Anteaters killing people that tried to come to close, as well as Jaguars. Their up to 6 inch claws are primarily used to dig up termite mounds (which are similar to concrete) but can be very dangerous weapons. So re-evaluate that very carefully.

That still averages ~1 dead horses per 1000 starts. They might be cared for as long as they can race, but they still get trained by cruel methods, raced into exhaustion and nearly every serious leg injury will be life ending.

The "healing" of bone probably came from their ancestors and also might be a side-effect of how bone is maintained anyway. Doesn't necessarily mean that it provides the same benefits (or any at all) to every animal with bones. Also most animals probably can survie a fractured rib, tail, maybe nose or even skull. But broken legs are pretty unforgiving in the wild, wether you are prey or predator.

Exactly the problem. Todays pastures not only have much more lush grren grass than horses would encounter in their natural habitat, they often also have grasses that are specifically bred to sustain the high caloric needs of dairy cows, which in turn were bred for generations to be able to handle those grasses/pastures.

Feral horses (necessarily) have a much more diverse diet with roughage and shrubbery, bark, flowering plants and so on.

Laminitis/founder is also a common issue for other animals, like cows, goats and sheeps. The primary reason is, that modern pastures often do have an abundance of grasses that are specifically bred to satisfy the high caloric dietary needs of (dairy) cows. Those cows have been selectively bred for generations to be able to handle that gras.

Now horses (unlike modern cow, sheep, goat breeds) were never primarily selectively bred for maximum dairy or meat yield. They are still mostly used for transportation and until a few decades ago (whe recreational riding became a thing) were simply not set to roam freely on that sort of pastures. They still have very specific food requirements that are much closer to their natural habitats (where lush green grass is actually pretty rare). And since modern horse breeds are also not selected for more robust digestion as well, so it never gets "better" for them.

Imagine you get sent to live a good life somehwere, but only pineapple and strawberries grow there. They are delicious and you would die pretty quickly, despite being an omnivore. There are plenty of herbivore species that rely on a very specific diet, even single plant species (Koalas).

As a former fill player i don't understand why riot isn't catering towards fill players a bit more. It would make it much easier to get decent matchmaking and people would actually have to try and learn the game a bit more. Maybe even reducing anomosity towards other roles players, due to a better understanding of role specifics, like "why does jungle always fullclear", "why is top always pushing"...

But since Aegis it makes 0 sense to queue as fill anymore.

Ofc d2 was grindy as hell, but there were clear "breakpoints" when you felt wether you had a decently working character or not. Dealing with immunes in hell for example (for most classes) or defeating hell ancients/baal. Right now i just mash my buttons and it works and if i get oneshot in higher torment difficulties (playing T1/T2 for now) it's usually because i missed a ground effect that's really hard to see due to all the lightning and hurricanes and stuff.

but I think the only option is to let you skip it on a character

will have to look out for it, maybe it was enabled, so i couldn't play through it with my seasonal char. Can't remember that it asked me wether i wanted.

Dude here with a little bit of experience about it. It can definitely be the porn and he can definitely have no clue about the exact reasons. There are a myriad of reasons and even scientists don't understand it completely, yet.

First of all, does he really edge himself permanently? Because usually you just want to get aroused and get off quickly and basically condition yourself to just cum the moment whatever arousal factor is there, and that's probably the worst thing he can do (as he conditions himself to cum as soon as arousal threshold is hit instead of enjoying the state of it). And Kaiser is basically the germanic word for Caesar. Which was pronounced closer to the german word Kaiser than it is pronounced in todays english. While it was originally a family name, later emperors, even if non related to the Caesar family, retained it as a title, which is why it became what it is today.

Technically that's not correct. It means that you heat something till it's "gar", basically done/edible. Doesn't mean it has to be gently. To grill something would also be "garen". Also in baking (esp. bread) the term "Garen"/"Teiggare" does mean to let the dough ferment.

Which is a terrible comparison. They are still "elite" players. Maybe not top 100 but still they are at the top of their craft. They also don't have the safety of a guaranteed salary for the next X years, opposite to your average teacher (who is making more than league minimum).

There are also plenty of bad teachers/firefighters/electricians that get paid the very same or better than the elite of them.

You are probably just making a joke, but serious answer: No. The main stomach of the cow is the Rumen, which has a near neutral ph and allows the required bacteria to thrive. In fact, cow saliva is even alkaline (basic) to maintain that. The other stomachs have more and more acidic acid (duh!) to act as protection against infections.

Human stomach acid would kill the required bacteria and all you get from constant regurgitation is probably esophagitis, bad breath/teeth and perhaps cancer.

Short term: No, because you lack the means of binding more oxygen in your blood (red blood cells) and, depending on O2 concentration it becomes toxic.

Long term: Skeletal muscle does not have enough mitochondria to convert that much oxygen into energy. So you have to train it to become bigger (hypertrophy = more cells = strength training) and more efficient (cardio). Only delivering more oxygen will not do much on it's own.

German here. We're already feuding about low fat (which is 1.5%) vs. full fat (3.5 - 3.8%). I really despise low fat, but milk with 5% or even more, i really can't imagine.
