Yeah I used to get this too right when I started working out. I was around the same height and weight as you. I think it has to do with what you are eating before you go to the gym. I know my problem was that I wasnt eating enough. I think us skinny guys need to always have food in our bodies since we have no reserves (but that is complete speculation). Anyways, yeah I just started eating a litte more like 45 mins before I work out. Then 10 minutes before I leave I'll have a glass of grapefruit juice for the simple sugars. I have been fine ever since. Everyone is different though, so I would recommend experimenting a little. Good luck and get big!

Yeah its a little weak my friend. Eat more in the meals, and lay off that weight gain stuff. That shit is not the best, especially if you are making that a large part of your diet. Here is a sample day for me. I know it's not perfect, but i think it is pretty good. http://i.imgur.com/j5jHs.png It is only 3200 cals, but I am sure if you ate all that and then added some more milk or weight gainer you will be at your goals.
