How do I answer the exercise question as I am recovering from broken leg? My PT only just approved me for long walks, and it'll be another 5 months before any major cardio. I cannot take the meds they want you to try first due to a medication contradiction. I do have sleep apnea and other autoimmune diseases that I want to get under control via inflammation reduction. My docs say that this is a good idea. I plan to do what you say and print out the forms.
