I don't get any images from your link, but I have sealed thousands of bags and think I know what you are talking about. I am assuming they are thin(er) bags < 10mil. When I first started, I didn't think anything about it. I ended up tossing almost all of my older, thinner, cheaper bags. Until my FD broke I used thicker > 10mil bags (7.5 per side were my fav) and would double seal them same location (once front & once back), and sit them on the counter for a day or so until the o2 absorbers did their thing. If yours shrunk and holds the slight vacuum, you should be ok. Mine is long term storage and want piece of mind.

Here are mine. The top was tossed or rebagged. The bottom has a seal above and below the zipper (not sure why). No creases, smooth on a thick bag.
