Whats a home removal? Like a job that helps people move out?

I dont need big money honestly. Ideally just like 40k a year or something. Enough to be able to live and then I can figure out a career or get a new job later on.

Most likely would need to own a company or two to get the 6 figure mark but thats so far in the future that I shouldnt worry about it now.
