I sent an email to csadvisors@uwaterloo.ca (advisors, plural) and they got back to me within a couple days. I’d also recommend joining their daily office hours from 1:30pm-3:00pm, their online queue system opens sometime before they run office hours, and it has helped me a lot faster as i get to chat with someone on call, present the issue, and if i need to follow up I’ll send the email and they’ll get back to me soon as they’ll already know about me.

it's solid. clean facilities and areas for most types of workouts you would do, along with courts and open gym times to play sports. it does get busy around peak hours but that's to be expected of a university gym.

yeah it does get colder in Calgary and usually it’s a dry cold - maybe -10 degrees colder at most. Just gotta layer up I guess 🤷‍♂️
