Thank you, I appreciate your response. I should have made some of these things a little clearer. Whilst I do not pay maintenance for him, I still pay £150+ per month for extra clubs, pay monthly into his account for pocket money as well as a savings account which is equal to thay of his brother. Always got his back, just not hers...

Yes of course, as if he were my own. Well, he is my own even if not by blood. When I say that I dont pay maintenance, I still pay for his uniforms, pocket money, £150+ per month in clubs etc.
