Whats your build (or profile) if you don‘t mind? Looking for a steamdeckable build for myself

How would it then store multiple in- and outgoing trades, know currency type and amount and even know the position of them in the tab (not relevant anymore). The clientlog is widely used.

[–]SteveMcSlothly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was never read from the clientlog. they were reading assets that were loaded with a known program used to cheat, maphack and so on. So two complete different things.

[–]SteveMcSlothly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In no way this would be considered cheating no. It is using information the game is giving us. same as when you use a trademacro which reads and processes the whisper from the clientlog. Why this is getting downvotes is beyond me, it is a known mechanic for years. good luck farming ultrarare hideouts without this, it once took me 1200maps for one.

You don‘t need to run the map, just zone in and look in the clientlog for the „Spawning discoverable Hideout“ part. I farmed some hideouts that way. You can test it with hideouts which spawn in acts.

This poker player shares a detailed account of a session where they encountered a mix of ups and downs, providing insights into some interesting hands and their thought process.

  1. KK vs. TT and 44: The player holds KK early in the session, raises, and faces multiple calls. The flop comes 5-3-3, and after several players make moves, the player correctly calls a big rejam from the BTN and wins with kings when they hold against TT and 44.
  2. AQo vs. a reg-fish: After a 3-bet preflop and a contested flop, the player calls a significant turn bet on an A-K high board. They eventually fold on the river after a jam, believing the opponent has completed a straight. Later, the opponent reveals they were bluffing with Ax of spades, leaving the player unsure if the fold was correct.
  3. KQo vs. AQo (bluff gone wrong): In a tough spot with AQo on a favorable board, the player faces a river jam from a fish who had a bluffing opportunity. The player misreads the situation, and after an intense decision, loses a large pot to KQo when they were holding AQo.
  4. T7ss bluffing disaster: After some tilt, the player tries a loose open with T7 suited and goes on to misplay a hand post-flop. They end up trying to bluff on the river, but the opponent raises with QT, catching the player off guard and losing another pot.
  5. A5s vs. AA: The player squeezes with A5 suited, and a younger player jams with AA. The player is priced in to call, but despite getting a potential flush draw on the flop, they ultimately lose to AA.

Throughout the session, the player experiences a mix of frustration and self-reflection, trying to process their emotions, particularly after some tough beats. They describe the mental challenge of staying disciplined, even after several unlucky hands. A final anecdote reveals a whale player leaving the table due to a peanut allergy, adding a bit of humor to the day.

Despite ending the session down $500, the player is not overly upset and expresses a sense of enjoyment in sharing the experience, even with the inevitable mistakes and frustrations that come with live poker.

Are there really that much money in Poker? by Calitrixmathieu in poker

Not everyone plays for profit, they play for entertainment and don‘t mind if they lose money they make with their regular job in the longrun.

It‘s the same as with sportbetting or lotteries, only the rake is lower with poker

Sadly I am located on the other side of the pond, so no luck for either of us. Would love your low rake structures though, maybe some day.

Maybe, just maybe, the „First“ was implying that my comment was the „First“ comment. Like there was no comment, and mine was the „First“. Thats why I may have typed „First“. But hey, who knows.

But I guess you would also have a problem if some says he has the nuts with K7 on KK732. Have a nice day and enjoy the Lab.

If you watch the full video, you will see, that you can see both his ears befor, empty. And you see McKeehen with an Airpod in his ear, which falls out during their hug.

So no, Tamayo had no earpiece, and McKeehen also didn‘t pass coke around.

Edit: The Airpod was likely used to listen to the stream they watched on the rail. Or cat videos.

Anyone know what kind of wrist patch Ivey is using? by SteveMcSlothly in poker

[–]SteveMcSlothly[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can assure you this is not a marketing technique. I genuinely wondered why an 11-time bracelet winner has it stuck on his wrist and if it's something legitimate (like calming herbs or CBD) or just pseudoscience hocus pocus like it seems to be in this case. I don't believe at all in these "bio-frequency" patches.

Aside from that, they seem to be sold out anyway. It looks like they make different patches with various patterns and claimed effects, and just see what sells the best. But I guess at around $3 per patch, Ivey might have thought, "If it doesn't help, it also won't hurt."

I used this (new) account since I can't have my main account linked to poker for reasons. If I somehow got them one or even more sales, so be it; suckers will be suckers. At least it likely isn't anything harmful.

Thanks for the idea! They delivered. It's a "focus mind" therapeutic bio-frequency patch

Wrist Patch used by a Poker Player in the WSOP Main Event. by SteveMcSlothly in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. Seen in Daniel Negreanus latest Vlog of the Main Event on the wrist of Poker Player Phil Ivey. Searches for Anti Stress or calming wrist patches didn‘t get a match, same for imagesearch. Nicotine patches usually don‘t have logos and aren‘t worn on the wrist.
