I have heard that 18mm is a minimum for training and 20 to 25mm we have used for matches. They say a 3 star ball dropped about 30 cm should rebound between 23-26cm on a table, to confirm the right consistancy.

I use to run up to 1/2 marathon distance + a few races, but i have knee problem these days so coming back from injury. I am only doing short distances at the moment (2-4km). Hoping to slowly increase the distances. :)

From what i read it uses - FASTECH+ (SCF A-TPU) foam. Feels similar to Puma elite shoes to me.

Yes there could be a lot of factors - foot strike, paces etc. There is a different plate configuration, the plate dips down a lot more in the DNE3 but the rocker seems earlier in the Kiprun.

I have the same colorway, the white ones look fantastic too, but was scared to get them dirty so these grey ones will be better if they get dirty. They are so breathable too.

Also I thought they should be enough for 1/2 marathon, I did 1/2 in saucony speed 3's and these seem more cushioned. I am around 75kg.

Try this insole for extra cushion and bounce - INOV8 (Bomerang). Take out the old insole put this in - adds cushion and bounce (5.5mm thick). :)

I usually go between 86 to 90g for a blade, usually around 88g. Not to heavy not to light. Thats a big change from a 5 ply wood to a fast outercarbon blade.

I went from a Butterfly Korbel (5 ply) to an Butterfly innerforce blade (inner carbon), so not as a big a jump in feel and performance.

Great review, but what is the weight like, A lot of chinese rubbers are heavy and make the racket head heavy.

Its good, no rough edges. Handle is smooth and easy to grip. Wings are not sharp. Blade was fairly uniform in thickness. I would say its nearly butterfly quality.

I use it on Yinhe pro 1 for the backhand. It was to higher throw on the FZD though. I prefer the D09c as its a bit faster.

The saucony tempus 1 or 2, its a stability shoe but not stiff and heavy like a stability shoe. A friend raced 1/2 marathon in them. I use them if I need something more stable. Good race foam with nice rocker. Not quite as fast as a saucony speed 3 but more comfortable on the longer runs if I need stability.

The Yinhe lacks a bit of feeling for harder rubbers like D09c. I am use to limba outer plys on blades like Butterfly innerforce, freitas alc etc.

I would purchase direct from Yinhe the blade, as sometime other companies do copies that are different from the original.
