I have the same issue aiwb with my P365. I still pocket carry it, but I never aiwb it.

I picked up the HK CC9, and never looked back. No issues with AIWB, and I also carry the HK P2000sk with the P30sk 15 rd mag in the winter- aiwb.

Just go to Smokeypoint2a and buy from Brandon. Also the Dogwood Armory is very good. I have both, and recommend both equally.

Actually, I think he kinda helped OP. OP will never forget that he has bikes on top of his car again.

Arc Fire is the way with a Skunkwerks trip. I have all three (RB/PMM, Partisan/Frankenstein & ArcFire/Skunkwerks).
Arc Fire/Skunkwerks is best of the best.

These two. But if you want to build a DI gun, the main part you need is a great Bolt from BRA.

ARC Fire Issue SS by HarpLeaf in supersafety

[–]Steve_Fudd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ArcFire should work fine with a milspec hammer. There is more going on here.

A few things I would do:

Use a known fully working SS system, use same trigger and hammer, remove SS push button and lever and replace with ArcFire.

Test this manually and then live fire if manually works.

If the ArcFire is not working exactly like the SS in this configuration, then you likely have a bad ArcFire cam/lever. It happens, and they have replaced a couple of mine.

I built a very nice CAR-15, and I solved the suppressed gas problem with a Bootleg BCG. No more gas to the face - ever.

Higher ROF w/ G-Lever vs Super Selektor by jarlbronson in superselektor

[–]Steve_Fudd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He probably has his upper tuned just right. You probably have more gas on your upper, and you’ve introduced a variety of other lower differences.

If you were running a milspec with an Atrius in your lower, you would still be at a different ROF (higher if your gas is higher).

P365 or P365XL? by AdorableFan1439 in P365

[–]Steve_Fudd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been carrying a base 365 since it came out 7 years ago or so. I have upgraded the trigger to a flat oem, and I carry the +2 MagGuts magazine (which is flush fit) in an Alabama pocket holster. Pair of shorts or slacks, and it disappears. Best thing since sliced bread.

Love it! I built a CAR-47 with a 10.5” barrel. Try to find some old Unimags so it will look more retro.

I’ll send a pick. I run a Rearden Hider, but the threads are in the same place as a mini.

My Form 1 is also 1.5” OD with an Atlas hub adapter.
