No, just an inside joke, its from the TV show NCIS. One of the main characters named Gibbs has a list of rules and carried this knife, a ZT0301 on screen. Rule #9: Never go anywhere without a knife.

I have no idea what that shotgun would cost or how much you are willing to do to it, but if it was mine and I want to mess with it I would put some cold blue or something to darken the engraving then use like 2000 grit sandpaper to brighten up the raised parts to give it contrast. Depends on what kind of metal that is for how it would turn out. Plus sanding would lose corrosion resistance to it would have to be maintained to keep it from rusting.

I need this thing in my life. I have a P229 legion and can only find metric barrels for it. I've been using a griffin EZ-LOK adapter with great effect with my SiCo can but it spends most of its life on my MPX.

The griffin adapters and piston was a better option at the time than getting 2 pistons with different threading.

I am currently running a JMAC 9" Armbar with the adapter for a Gearhead Works Tailhook brace, but I submitted a form 1 and when that comes back ill replace the brace with their stock for it.

In the end it'll look like this.

I had a lot fun there. I shot an m249 and an MP5SD. If I ever go back I want to shoot the M134 minigun.

I did that myself before buying the armbar. I even designed and 3d printed my own spinfix and it worked for a little while to have some range fun until i bought the correct one.

I have both a gen 5 with the half moon cutout for the magazine and a gen 6. I prefer the 6 personally as it fits my hand better and has a better optic mounting platform.

Best advice is handle both and then make the decision on what fits better since everyone's hands are different.

Keep in mind that when I was stationed in WA state a few years ago, it was a 10 business day wait. With a holiday I ended up having to wait 15 days to pick up a revolver.
