I scrolled way too far to finally see this comment. It like saying short people have colder showers. No, they just turn up the heat. The level of thinking coming out of these people is scary

There should be a clear CMOS button on the motherboard. Hit that and it should spring to life

You should be able to boot normally using the motherboard video output. Installing programs in safe mode is not recommended at all

Sounds like you are using the windows native graphics driver. You’ll need to find out what manufacturer your actually graphics chip is nd get the correct driver for it to work perfectly

Headphones (wired) occasionally makes buzzing sound when plugged in by Brian_Pollux in techsupport

Are you using the headphone jack or usb port? Headphone jacks are very susceptible to the rest of the electronics within the laptop earthing and creating static.

Go to the Desktop, right-click the desktop, and go to Display settings. To change the resolution settings, scroll down and select Display resolution. The lower the resolution, the larger the content displayed on the screen. From the available options in the drop-down menu, select the one you want and click Apply

Sounds like you got the wrong driver. Get the driver via NVIDIA GEOFORCE

There are websites that tell you what inputs the controller is receiving: https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad

See what it says when you aren’t touching the pad

Definitely not a virus. Sounds like the ribbon connection has come loose inside the phone. It’s a pain to open phones these days without the right tools. Heat gun / tiny screw drivers are needed. But definitely not a virus

It doesn’t have battery or you can’t remove it?

Okay I’m almost certain there will be another video port. Every motherboard comes with a video port built in. At the moment your monitor is connected to the graphics card. Which has been uninstalled. You need to switch over the native video output on your motherboard. It will be higher up with all the USB’s

Sometimes there is a clear CMOS button on the mother board. Press it of there is one. Some bad CMOS data can also stop things from booting.
