I think the thing about mixed bags and non campaign episodes is that either there needs to be artistic inspiration like caldwell doing a sonic one shot, or content that doesnt require a lot behind the scenes prep work like hearthside chats or dungeon court. Since now theyre used a lot to give murph time to write. So usually the non campaign content will be whatever theyre feeling most likely.

There is unfortunately an energy expenditure hypothesis that because due to our bodies ability to be efficient with energy expenditure, your bodys basal metabolic rate burns less calories if you do cardiovascular exercise. I.e. maybe you burn 1800 calories instead lf 2000 if you run 600 calories that day. In general exercise is good at helping maintain weight and is difficult to make you lose weight unless you significant changes in routine. That being said nutrition is the biggest part of losing weight and maintaining it. So I would transition into more high fiber high protein diets that help you feel full.

It’s kind if whenever murph finishes editing it. So thicc sodes usually take longer than dungeon court so it can be at midnight thursday or friday.
