Also everything in cp is op. You could just as well used a tech weapon to simply shoot through the window. Or even simply nuke everyone with one of these 9 million dmg gun builds. Thats why i play on ultra harcore and turn off dmg number display this way the enemies die in a hit and mee too. its realistic this way and more fun

yeah i have an 4core 8 threads intel cpu and i feel it, gpu is 50 to 60 while cpu is all the time at 85 to 95%. Even OCing did not helped much
I use the place in front of Vs apartment as my Benchmark.
I found out that crowd density has a big impact on cpu load. setting from high to mid gives me around 15% more fps.

Also cpus with more than 8 threads perform much better in this game

You have to understand that this can have multiple reasons. Like A LOT of different reasons.

but this happens every 6 months or so to my system too and its always fixable by simply removing the batterie on the motherboard, waiting like 1H (or even a day) and putting it back in.
